Parking close by-40yards. This unit arguably has the largest porch in Club La Costa with outside dining table seating 6 and separate lounge area seating 4 . Open area design inside. 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and one queen bed.2 bathrooms, one on-suite with showers in each. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances including stove, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher and all cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses within easy reach. Laundry:Washer and dryer on porch. 2 Air conditioning units, one for the main area and one for the main bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Large flat screen television with satellite connection. Blu-Ray DVD player and Bose sound system with connection for iPhone and other smart phones, tablets and devices. Router for wireless internet access included. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The patio was huge backing onto the golf course. Spent a lot of time in the pool where they had exercises every second day. The grounds are beautiful. Downtown is only a 20 minute walk and the grocery store (which is like a Superstore) is 20 minutes in the other direction. We golfed a lot. The owner was great to deal with. There was no information on local things to do, recommendations etc. Luckily we knew someone in the complex but if you didn't.......... A great holiday. The management team are very accommodating and waited for us when our arrival was delayed and guided us to the condo when we got lost. As far as location goes, there are pros and cons. It is close to the beach and walking distance to the estuary, grocery shopping and old town San Jose del Cabo. Being close to the golf course was not a pro for us because you hear lawnmowers, golf carts on the gravel pathway and sprinklers early in the morning and late at night. I suppose that if you normally live in the city you might not find it noisy but we are from a very quiet area and we found it quite noisy there, not just because of the golf course but because there are sirens several times a day and night and the Rock and Brews pub is just down the road and they play loud rock and roll into the early hours of the morning. The beds and linens are very comfortable and good quality. The satellite TV reception is awful. The condo is supplied with almost everything that you might need. ##### Riki P. Walking distance to the old town for a multitude of restaurants and shops and the Thursday evening art walk. Walking distance to La Comer and Chedraui for groceries and beverages. Very enjoyable month here in San Jose at La Costa Phase 3\. Love the quiet, the pools and hot tubs. One block to the 3 mile long beach which we love. Easy walk to old town fir dinners and the art walk. Great holiday. We’d come back. ##### GORDON O. Overall great service and communication when we needed it. We were the first rental of the season so there were one or two things that were missing or needed attention but were addressed quickly. The beach is a 5 minute walk, restaurants and shops are right there and the town square with its varied activities and many more shops and restaurants is a 20 minute walk. The location couldn’t be better. The condo was immaculate and was the best organized of the many condos we have stayed in. Basic supplies (spices, condiments etc.) were a little sparse but grocery shopping is only a 15 minute walk away. The furnishings are great and the patio is amazing. We found Jaco to be very very responsive and great to deal with. The kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc... are top notch. The only exception being that there are no spices or pantry items at all. There is a bar nearby that is very, very loud at night.
