Imagine only 25 steps from the building to the pool, 5 more to the beach and who counts after that? This 1 BR/1BA condo has been totally redecorated and is now ready for your long walks on the beach, whale watching and when the waves are kicking up one of the best surf breaks in all of Los Cabos right outside your patio door. Steps from the famed Costa Azul Surfing and Zippers Restaurant. Surf fishing right out the back gate. With no roads to cross, no crowds and only a vendor or two throughout the day its peaceful, tranquil, mesmerizing sunup to sundown. A week can clear your mind, a month can feed your soul, imagine what a season could do!! View is fabulous and the sunrises are marvelous. Condo property is quiet and full of lots of greenery. Has everything you might for a comfortable stay. If you rent a car there is a designated spot. You do however have to get out of the car to open the gate, park the car then walk back up to the gate to close it. The description states there is a short flight of stairs to the condo. No mention of the short flight down before you get to a longer flight up to the condo. Just a heads up if you have any sort of disability. This is a beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, safe, and peaceful one-bedroom unit with breathtaking views. It’s exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need.A special shout-out to Elaine, the upstairs neighbor and manager, whose warmth and hospitality made the stay even better.This was an outstanding experience—I highly recommend this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.A few local recommendations:Bröd Co. Artisan Bakery & CaféJust across the street—an easy walk. Friendly café with great coffee and a solid breakfast menu.Zippers Bar & GrillA short walk up the beach. The staff is friendly, but cocktails are mediocre and the American-style food is uninspired. That said, their breakfast is actually pretty tasty.Pescadito BreakRight next door to Zippers.
