Restaurantes, Discos, bares a solo 5 minutos a pies y a pesar de ello la zona es muy tranquila. Supermercados grandes a solo 5 y 10 minutos a pies. La zona donde está ubicado el apto es una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad, el conjunto residencial cuenta con vigilancias las 24h del día y Solo a 10 minutos en taxis se encuentra el centro comercial de la ciudad ( Ventura plaza ). El conjunto residencial cuenta con servicios como piscina y gym pero lamentablemente no para huéspedes sino para residentes de igual manera el propietario se encargar de que sus huéspedes disfruten de días de piscina en un hotel muy conocido de la ciudad. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und befindet sich in eine sehr gute Zustand. Die Lage ist ideal für Leute die auch Nacht gehen wollen Restaurant, Disco, Bars usw. nur 5 min zu Fuß und trotzdem ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig das gleiche geht es auch für Supermärkte die nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt sind. Die Wohnsiedlung wird die 24h überwacht. Mit der Taxi ist man in 10 min in die Einkaufszentren von der Stadt Ventura plaza.
