Casa con todo tipo de detalles, fantásticas instalaciones y piscina. Gracias Alfred (propietario) por estar tan atento y dispuesto, nos surgieron un par de cosillas y enseguida se resolvieron. Urbanización privada, segura y alejada del mundana ruido.

Buenas vacaciones en familia

La casa estaba impecable, limpísima y con todo lo necesario, el dueño encantador y muy atento desde el primer contacto telefónico. Por las fotos teníamos una expectativa de que iba a ser más grande la casa por dentro, el jardín y demás por eso no le hemos puesto puntuación máxima a la precisión del anuncio pero sí se ajusta en cuanto a limpieza, muebles etc. Para 6 es perfecta, para 8 la vemos algo más justa. Otro punto a favor es el aire acondicionado que funciona fenomenal y la zona común que está muy bien La zona donde se encuentran los chalets está aislada pero en coche estás cerca de Vinaroz y Peñíscola y no hemos tenido ningún problema de parking ningún día, en Vinaroz además gratuito. La piscina está estupenda sobretodo para niños , la han disfrutado muchísimo. Hemos estado bien, es un sitio agradable para pasar unos días, hemos ido con amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho

El apartamento està muy bien, muy comodo y limpio. El unico punto negativo es q no hay estanteries en los armarios y faltan percheros detras de las puertas… però en general està bien equipado. La zona es muy tranquila y la piscina comunitària està bien aunque los peques no pueden llevar juguetes d agua. El propietario súper amable, segurament , si podemos, repetirem.

Fin de semana diferente

Fin de semana de 2 parejas con 4 niños. La casa tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar, lo que da muchísima comodidad! Nos pusieron incluso cuna para nuestro peque. La urbanización es muy tranquila, con zonas comunes extraordinarias, piscina enorme e incluso parque para los niños. Lo único a tener en cuenta es la escasez de servicios en la zona (al menos durante el fin de semana), si se te ha olvidado algo concreto tienes que irte a Vinaroz para comprarlo, lo que te supone unos 45 min (ida y vuelta). Alfred es muy atento, está muy pendiente de todo lo que se puede necesitar y de adecuarse a las circunstancias de cada uno. Te hace sentir como en casa! Así que, en resumen, un fin de semana de 10 que hasta los niños están deseando repetir! Muchas gracias Alfred!

MARAVILLOSO. DE LO MEJOR QUE HEMOS RESERVADO NUNCA

Es de lo mejor que nunca hemos reservado por no decir el mejor y somos viajeros habituales desde hace muchos años. Sensacional tanto para los niños como para los adultos. La limpieza perfecta, el trato del propietario inmejorable. Atento y pendiente durante toda la estancia. El chalet es de auténtico lujo. Las instalaciones exquisitas y gratis. Las playas prácticamente al lado. En definitiva un 10. Recomendable al 100% . Volveremos con toda seguridad.

Très belle résidence sécurisée avec une magnifique et grande piscine privative ( avec jacuzzi), très agréable pour les petits et pour les grands aussi ! La villa est très propre et moderne, la literie est de très bonne qualité, l'équipement quotidien est très bien, la climatisation sur les deux étages est très appréciable. Si il manque quelque chose, le propriétaire fait le nécessaire pour vous le procurer. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le propriétaire fait en sorte que le séjour soit parfait, une personne très sympathique. Le complexe résidentiel est proche des accès autoroutiers, de nombreuses visites possibles aux alentours. Nous conseillons cette location et nous reviendrons certainement.

La résidence est située au centre d'une urbanisation dédiée principalement au golf, bien sécurisée. Magnifique grande piscine avec jacuzzi réservée aux résidents avec clé d'accès. La maison est de grand confort avec décoration dépouillée. Dans le salon, smart TV de grand format et une deuxième dans la chambre parentale.Comme dans toute nouvelle location, certains ustensiles sont manquants ou en trop petit format (poële), plateau de desserte, coquetiers, etc. Un BBQ serait aussi un +. ainsi qu'une plus grande table de jardin. Le propriétaire étant à l'écoute des suggestions, il est certain que les prochains résidents bénéficieront de nos remarques.

La casa es sensacional y la limpieza excelente. Alfred es un anfitrión extremadamente atento, nos acompaño al Supermercado y estuvo pendiente durante toda nuestra estancia.
