This modern villa with a private pool is ideally situated close to the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor. The villa features 3 bedrooms, all on one level, and 2 bathrooms. The fully fitted open-plan kitchen leads into the dining area and living room. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto the inner courtyard. The second bedroom also overlooks the inner courtyard and shares the bathroom with the third bedroom.
