This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment is located close to Tomas Maestre marina and just a short walk to the beaches on the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. The apartment has fantastic views across to the marina and canal between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. There is a large living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area which leads to the kitchen and utility room.



Los Miradoes del Puerto complex has a large outdoor pool, children's pool and a padel court which are free to use for all guests, this location is ideal for families or weekend getaways.

Der perfekte Langzeitaufenthalt mit Hund in dieser Wohnung!

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen. Wir hatten uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles war gut vorbereitet. Alles war da was man braucht bevor man selber einkaufen gehen kann. Handtücher, Duschgel, Hautpflegemittel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Waschmittel ..., ja sogar ein Hunde Shampoo und Hunde Snacks waren vorhanden. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Perfekte Organisation und Wohnungsübergabe. Es hätte nicht besser sein können.
