Impressive Beach apartment
This beautiful three bedroom and two bathroom is located front line to both Mediterranean and Mar Menor seas, it is perfect for families and groups of friends.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third one has two twins, all of them have big wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with bathtub in the corridor and a second bathroom with walk-in shower in the main bedroom.
The modern kitchen has just been refreshed and is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), microwave, oven...and has a galley area with the washing machine.
The living room is bright and spacious and has beautiful sea views and Smart TV, it also has a dining area with a big table for up to 6 people, and access onto a large terrace, perfect to enjoy the stunning Mar Menor sunsets, It also has awnings so you can use it all day long with greater comfort.
All the rooms in the apartment have brand new aircon units and high speed internet with fibre optic.
Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, because of its location and quality, and has a lovely front line pool that is normally open from May to October. 2024 open from May to mid-October.
Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.
Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...

A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. A great place for learning kite
We found two good spots for kiting 10 min. and 20 min. from the department with car. And by no wind days we just needed to go down a couple of steps without road in between and the beach is there with the nicest landscape from La Manga.
