Welcome to your home away from home! This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers you an unforgettable experience on the first line of two seas: the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Ideal for families or groups of friends, here you will find the perfect refuge to enjoy your holidays.



The spacious and bright living room is the heart of the apartment, where you can relax while enjoying impressive views of the Mar Menor. With a Smart TV and a dining table for six people, it is the ideal place to share memorable moments. Additionally, you will have access to a spacious terrace, perfect for contemplating dream-like sunsets, equipped with awnings so you can enjoy it throughout the day.



The rooms are cosy and bright. Two have double beds and the third has two single beds, all exterior and with built-in wardrobes so you can store everything you need. The hallway bathroom has a bathtub, while the main bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower.



The kitchen, modern and recently renovated, is fully equipped so you feel at home. With a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and oven, cooking here will be a pleasure! There is also a gallery with a washing machine for added convenience.



Every corner of the apartment is air-conditioned with cold/heat air conditioning and has high-speed internet so that you are always connected.



Located in Playa Príncipe, one of the most valued urbanisations in La Manga, you will enjoy a spectacular swimming pool facing the Mediterranean, open from May to October. Just a step away from Puerto de Tomás Maestre, you will have at your disposal a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a large supermarket (Supercor) where you can visit a charming local market on Saturday mornings.



If you like sports, less than 5 minutes' walk away you'll find a sports centre with tennis courts, padel courts and five-a-side football pitches, as well as a gym with sea views. Perfect for staying active during your holiday!



And if you are a lover of tranquillity, the white sandy beach just in front of the building is your ideal place to disconnect and enjoy without crowds.



We offer a flexible rate option: for an additional 10%, you can cancel up to 5 days before your arrival (available from September to June). If you wish to opt for this rate, simply let us know when making the reservation.



Oh! And if you travel with your furry friend, we welcome them with a small supplement. Remember that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and that arrivals between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. require prior confirmation and have an extra charge.



We provide professional cleaning before and after your stay so that you only have to worry about enjoying yourself.
