It has got a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, an independent and fully fitted kitchen. The living room, with a sofa-bed (recommended for one adult or two kids), has access onto a terrace with sea views. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric hob, oven, coffee machine and galley area with washing machine and heater. The bright living-room has got a sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 4 people. There are air conditioning and fibre optic internet. The apartment is located in the development Las Gemelas de Frente Marino, which has got a communal pools, open in 2023 from Easter to the end of October (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h). LOCATION: The development Las Gemelas de Frente Marino is located on the 13 km , front line to the Mar Menor and 600 meters from the Mediterranean. Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Supercor) and in the area there are many bars and restaurants. In this area, Tomás Maestre Marina, there is also a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates... A very comfy, cool and complete apartment in e great location! Pets are not allowed in this property. Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit. Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
