Decent hotel, 10 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of Jacoʻ beach. It is an older property, but clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, made to order and not the usual dull buffet style. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only dissatisfactions were the absence of a lounge to relax after a day out, and the lack of blackout curtains. The blinds provided do not stop the morning sun from blaring into the room.

The property is very unique in that you will see wildlife everywhere. People who have issues walking should avoid the villas . There are just too many steep steps leading to the main lodge. The roads are not paved so be prepared for bumpy rides.

This resort was so clean. The rooms were super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The views were amazing. The Hot Springs were awesome definitely would come back to visit.

The resort and staff and accommodations at Shana by The Beach were absolutely fantastic. So friendly and kind, 24/7 front desk. Great restaurant and pools. Wonderful views! My room was HUGE, had everything I needed and a giant bathroom. They were so accommodating and the breakfast buffet was worth it! I would absolutely stay there again and again!
