Due bagni e posizione eccellente.

L'appartamento è ampio e con due bagni, come essere a casa propria. Ma la cosa più importante è che la posizione della palazzina è centrale rispetto a negozi, spazi verdi e ludici. Zona tranquilla, ma centralissima, con parcheggio riservato nel cortile. Si potrebbe migliorare, a mio avviso, l'igiene di piumini e coperte di lana, in gran numero dentro gli armadi, ma davvero poco invitanti... Sarebbe cosa ottima darne in dotazione in numero limitato, ma igienizzati e sottovuoto. Per il resto, la cura dell'appartamento puó essere migliorata nei dettagli.
