Smoking is permitted on the terrace and the outside areas only. A bright and modern independent two bedroom apartment with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the rolling hills. There is a large private terrace with a large electric sun canopy, comfortable seating area, sun loungers, and soft evening lighting as well as a large front entrance. There is a seperate barbecue and seating area. A hydromassage that seats five people, set in it's own relaxing area with lovely views of the mountains and countryside, completely private for guest use only. Ample free parking. The apartment sleeps four, with a modern well furnished double bedroom with a flat screen t.v. and a second bedroom with two single beds also fresh and bright. The bathroom has a walk in shower, bidet, push button toilet and a large sink, magnifying mirror, and extractor fan. There is a bright open plan living area, the comfortable sitting area leads out onto a large front entrance with plants and flowers, the kitchen is bright, fresh, modern and fully equipped and leads out on to the terrace. ## Property amenities ### Beach -
