Really cool vibe at this hotel. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and the food/cocktails are excellent. We almost felt guilty eating here too often because while we wanted to check out other locations, the food here was so good! (Try the club sandwich. It is excellent). The staff are really excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and this is a pretty quiet hotel for El Poblado.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

The service is truly best-in-class, attentive, polished, and consistently personalized. Our week-long stay at Hotel Devú was an overall fantastic experience, highlighted by an incredibly warm and professional welcome that set the tone for the entire trip. The rooms were consistently spotless and well-maintained, and the customer service across the board was a perfect 5 out of 5. The only minor drawback we encountered was that room service comes with an additional fee, which was the only thing we didn't quite like. However, everything else was so exceptional that we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and friendly place to stay.
