San Pancho was an awesome chill surf town! Perfect weather and not built up with tourist stuff. The food on the town is incredible. This property was great and is just as advertised in the listing. We spent two months here and were very happy with our choice. The house was well appointed, with comfortable seating, filtered water in the kitchen, and weekly housekeeping that included restocking paper products. Bob and Vicky are great hosts and communication was excellent from start to finish. The location is ideal. It's set back from the road in a quiet neighbourhood, but a short walk to the best restaurants, beach and Tuesday market. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. It is mostly very quiet except for a some occasional dogs barking and roosters croaking but that’s to be expected in Mexico. I highly recommend this property. There is a really great pool club 7 min walk down the road too. We joined for the entire month and it was amazing. The town and the beach is only 3 blocks away.
