Guests will not have access to the main house. The washer and dryer are shared on-premises with detergent and are only available for stays longer than a week. $5.00 per load. You will have 1 dedicated parking spot on the driveway. About the Neighborhood: The Westlake neighborhood has many families, children, and other working professionals. There are many great restaurants and shops just two blocks away in the Westlake Shopping Center. Getting Around: You are a five minute drive to the 280 freeway, which can bring you up to San Francisco or down south to San Jose. BART is on John Daly Blvd. Welcome to our home hosted by Gi’angelo, Sharon, and Carmina. Please feel free to reach out for any questions or concerns. Things to note: You may hear some footsteps since the upper level is also occupied. Early check-in/Late check-out request: Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time. Additional note: The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 1 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $15 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 3. Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies. Since we use third-party property management software, guests need to make their payments outside the VRBO platform. This software is approved by VRBO, and the payment method is secure. We did not use the appliances, but cupboards were well stocked. Did not have any noise during our stay. We saw where Target/Trader Joe’s was, but didn’t shop. We did eat 2 dinners & a breakfast at the Boulevard Cafe, which is in between the walk from BART & the apartment. All meals were delicious. Overall this was a pleasant stay in an ideal location. My partner and I would definitely book this property again. Positives: Studio was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Property manager responded quickly to questions and requests. Convenient parking. Bed and shower were terrific. Suggestions: There is some foot traffic and noise from the upper floor that may disturb light sleepers. We were asked by the property manager and home owner to turn off the heat but we never used it.
