Lots of staff that have no customer service skills at all. They allow lots of kid stuff at this motel. People are allowed to jump out of windows or sit and smoke cigarettes or weed. The management here is terrible they allow huge tree cutting trucks to take over 4-6 parking spaces at a time.

Basic room with a comfy bed. Sparse decor but all you need for a good night's sleep. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the freeway. Super connectors convenient location. Awesome breakfast restaurant attached to the hotel. A big plus!!! Great value. Great location. Its not beautiful but it's functional. Shower did drip all night.

Stayed from 2/23 to 2/25 in 6116 to do some local fishing and didn’t stay In room much but from the moment I walked in noticed how dirty it was and it was pretty bad. There was old toilet paper rolls and papers crumpled up under bathroom sink so obviously housekeeping didn’t even mop or sweep there was crumbs and marks all over the flooring in the rest of the room. Sink was dirty not wiped out at all and looks like blood splatters in bathroom from what I’m assuming people shooting drugs up in bathroom. Went annd bought bleach anmd comet to clean the shower annd sink before using them. Took a picture of the housecleaners tag as well but figured the standards anre low so why bother even. Also was told there would be pots and pans in room since it has kitchenette but there was none. I have previously stayed here and got a regular room and thought it was good especially for the price. But next time I’ll stay somewhere else and pay extra to not have dirty bloody room and bathroom. The gentleman running the front desk with the accent was so nice too bad housekeeping isn’t at the same standards.

The door was hard to shut/ not in the hinge properly, the a/c heater worked but took forever to heat or cool, there was a baby cockroach, key was only programmed one night so had to get it redone the next day to get in. They had dishes available in the room which is convenient. The laundry was a good experience. One of my devices didn’t charge well and they let me plug in for a little bit after check out in the lobby I appreciated that a lot.

Room had stains on bedding and curtains. No tub stopper in either room i was moved to. Had to go to hardwsre store to buy one. Had a kitchenette but no cooking utensils or pots and pans couldnt get any until maintenance door was opened the nest day at 11:00am. Worst stay of our lives on our anniversary no less.
