This single family 3-level home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bonus rooms & parking for 1 car. Afternoons provide great opportunities to grill in the private backyard while the kids swing or take a sunset walk on the water with full view of the Golden Gate Bridge. The space Situated on one of the most coveted streets in SF and just steps from Crissy Field, Palace of Fine Arts & vibrant Chestnut street, this 3-level home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bonus rooms & parking for 1 car. The gracious entry opens to a large dining & living room w/ beautiful custom cabinetry surrounding a wood-burning fireplace and glimpses of the Marina Green and SF Bay. The functional eat-in kitchen features maple cabinets, Corian counters, gas oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & decorative balcony. 3 spacious bedrooms (one of which opens to a rear deck w/ spiral staircase leading to the garden), a full bath, linen closet & wet bar complete this level. Stairs lead to a grand bedroom w/ en-suite bath, office & abundant closet space. The lower level provides a generously-sized bedroom, full bath, laundry/storage & a massive family room w/ wet bar, office, wood burning fireplace, custom cabinetry & French doors out to the patio and verdant garden. The house can also be set up so two families can stay, one on the bottom floor which has 1 bedroom and 1 Room and Board pull out queen sofa, as well as its own kitchen. Both the bottom and main floor have access to the backyard, with a deck off the main floor as well. The house is very family friendly and already has 2 cribs if needed, outlet covers, corner guards, and some built in toys such as swings and a climbing wall in the back yard. The main floor includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a kitchen, living room (with direct Alcatraz views), connected dining room, patio/deck and main entrance. 2 of the rooms are equipped with full Room and Board cribs. The top floor is the Master Suite and has a king bed, full en-suite bathroom and an optional office area and attached workout room equipped with a brand new Matrix Elliptical (for those who don't want to utilize the dirt path run to the base of the Golden Gate Bridge (\~4.4miles roundtrip). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary kitchen accoutrements and plenty more kitchen gadgets for the more experienced chefs. Super fast wifi throughout, big TVs, Alexa speakers, google mesh network. 2 separate heat controls, one for the bottom floor, and another one for the top two floors. The top floor has built in AC at gets more light all day. Walk two blocks to the local butcher store for fresh meats or choose to dine in/out from one of dozens of restaurants on Chestnut or Union Streets. For those looking for an adventure, its a quick drive across the Golden Gate Bridge to the Marin headlands for great biking, hiking, and exploring on the various beaches; or you can continue past Marin and head right to Napa and Sonoma.
