Our room smelled so bad of marijuana we all got headaches and sore throats. We should’ve switched rooms but was close to midnight and we were exhausted. The housekeeper should have alerted management of the smell and made sure the smell was gone before guest arrival. The Wooden shades did not cover the city lights so we had to stuff towels into them so that we could sleep. We were given only two towels for 4 people. The “free Bfast” was stale cereal and Nutri-Grain bars.

The property is nice. The room was just a little noisy due to its close proximity to the freeway.

Clean Room and comfortable bed/pillows
I was greeted with a nice gentleman at the front desk and we enjoyed the room was clean and roomy; I slept well until I heard a man talk loudly outside or in another room at about 7:00 am after a long new year's night, but able to sleep a little more. I asked the same clerk Victor for the comfy pillows in the room, and he gave me information to look up, we will be returning in 2024 Hopefully next time we don't get a room by the elevator

We checked in around 2PM. Manager was nice. We dumped our bags and spent the rest of the day visiting family. When we returned we discovered COCKROACHES in the Room!!! It was too late to leave and find another Hotel. Told manage we would be leaving first thing in the morning. We did. Unfortunately in our haste to leave we forgot an expensive pair of boots. We returned and asked for the boots and were told Housekeeping had found NOTHING! Please. We were gone for maybe two hours. Horrible Hotel, horrible service. Do not stay here.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our hotel does not provide stayover service (housekeeping services) for guests staying multiple nights at the property unless requested by the guest. We did implement this policy in the past 2 years and carried it forward. We can always provide housekeeping service as long as the front desk is notified ahead of time.

Staff gets 5 stars for friendliness and being accommodating as this was an unplanned stay due to flight delays. The place itself was descent in appearance and the breakfast was appreciated. What knocks down overall rating is the promised transportation from the airport. I had to call 3 times as waited 45 minutes with no call from a driver. I was promised multiple times will be soon. The turnaround should have been 15-20 minutes from my first call as promised. Then when the hotel reached out to the driver was told another 20 minutes delay. Unacceptable. I was forced to take a taxi but the hotel at least covered the cost of it. The morning ride to the hotel was better. I made sure to leave extra time just in case.

I arrived to check in and no one is around the front counter. I started looking at people who were outside and they notice me then asked me the reason I’m here? We go up to the room and there is left over key card on the drawer and a box of donuts. Bad house keeping.

They do not have a shuttle and use lyft to get to the airport.
