Both staff members I interacted with during my stay were very kind and helpful. They kindly allowed me to store my luggage since I had an early flight, which I really appreciated. The hotel was conveniently located near all the places I wanted to visit. Although I only stayed for two days, I had a very enjoyable experience. The AC also worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean and the breakfast had decent variety. The only inconvenience was the parking lot. The hotel just had no more than 15 spaces available for guests so you have to look on the street for something available and you to park super far from the hotel

This hotel was conveniently located and had some nice food and shopping options close by. The hotel was fairly clean. There was a huge crack in our shower wall/liner. Onsite parking is limited and two of our four nights we had to find other parking spaces. Luckily we were able to find spots not too far away. The breakfast options were fine.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and our cleaning lady Carmen took care of the room, while gone for the day, she cleaned it up without us asking for service. It was a 45-60 minute walk from hotel to pier 39, we had to stop to take a few breaks😥. Also there is a variety of places to visit from the hotel. We did alot of walking exploring san francisco 😀

The hotel does not have an elevator (or at least one that clients can use), and we had to go upstairs with a couple of heavy bags (there was no description about this point in the website). The parking provided is first come first served which means you have to be lucky to park there or go around until you find a parking spot nearby. The complimentary breakfast is basic with frozen cupcakes and artificial juice. The location is good though...
