Very stylish, room was clean and bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly. Walkable to union Square and nearby conference center. Had a family of 5 stay in one of their suites for a few days exploring the city. It was a fantastic location to serve as a jumping off point for restaurants, walking Union Square and Chinatown, or quick rides to lots of other spots. My kids are in middle & elementary school and they loved the game room with pool, air hockey, skee ball, etc. And the front desk support were super helpful with recommendations, tips, and storing luggage when we checked out. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and enjoyed the setup and decorations of the property. Found the lobby very cozy and comfortable and the experience was topped by the hospitality of Samantha at the front desk. My family and I will definitely return again.

The hotel and staff are great but there is no privacy due to hanging doors to the bathroom that don’t close well or lock . No room service which I thought was what I was buying as an add- on The decor is great as was the customer service so the experience was mixed for me
