Very nice, roomy, and relaxing room compared to the "other known chains hotels" down the street. Very convenient area, nice neighborhood, food places near by. Staff super helpful and friendly. Definitely a plus to have a kitchenette. For the cost, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. Overall very happy with my stay here

Great stay! The staff was very accommodating, the concierge was super helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent- walkable to Union Square and Downtown and a short drive to San Francisco attractions like Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, good-sized rooms, pretty clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was pretty big, but there are no counters; the sink is very small, and there's no space for my makeup or facial products. The area has many restaurant choices, within walking distance of shopping centers.

The hotel was fantastic from arrival through departure! The staff were friendly and helpful, the building felt safe, and everything was clean. Our suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The game room was fun, and there was even a small New Year’s Eve celebration in the lobby.

I loved this hotel! It’s super convenient if you’re visiting San Francisco. The kitchenette was very well equipped, and I really appreciated having access to a guest laundry during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though the sofa bed was a bit less so. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!
