So great to have on-site parking and very grateful for the elevator. Front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, even with our late arrival. We felt safe and had a great night's sleep in comfortable beds.

The best thing about the hotel is the location and free parking. Otherwise nothing was spectacular, there is no free breakfast or other amenities. It’s a good place to rest and go about your day.

The rooms were old but clean which was nice. The front desk isn’t manned all the time but the staff were kind and helpful. There isn’t much insulation between floors so we could hear the people above us walking around all night. The free parking was awesome though.

Staffing is very kind and helpful. Parking is free but tight. Ask front desk how to use shower faucet, they keep a sample at front desk and can show you so you don't have to come back. We had the suite and enjoyed one night stay. Only wished there was a sick in the extra room. Loved the terrace to see blue angles fly by during practice run. Also check out their little cute garden. Not much restaurant nearby, only pizza place.

Great location near many of the sights with a 1 mile walk. It was right on the BigBus line where you could hop on and off. It had on site parking which was a big plus.

I stayed at this motel for seven nights in October 2026. It is an older place but it is clean wasn't smelling and the beds were nice a little on the firm side for me but they were comfortable. The cleaning stuff was available daily. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of the way when we needed certain things that was not in the room to make sure we had it. The area is very safe and easy walk to some of the attractions and enough buses close by to take you anywhere in SF. There's enough restaurants around. At certain times you have to do self in/out using the kiosk but there is always someone in the office if you need help.
