The photos of the hostel rooms felt spacious but actual room was very small and not the same as in photos though very helpful staff and love the hospitality
The rooms were very nice and very clean, but it is definitely more on the hotel side rather than a hostel. There isn’t much of a lobby to hang out in and quiet hours past 10pm are taken pretty seriously. The staff was so amazingly helpful and very kind, and I overall loved my experience there. Would highly recommend as a clean and comfortable place to stay, but less so as a social hub that so many other hostels are.
What i like the most is how pleasant staff Welcoming are and professional, treating

Hotel ( so prestigious ) @ found prestige,
I showed up at 1am after traveling all day for them to tell a friend and I that they didn’t have a beds for us. They said we could contact them for a full refund but they are literally impossible to get in contact with. The phone number traps you in a 5 min loop that goes no where and no one responds to texts or emails. The staff wasn’t helpful. No one was helpful. The fact this place has a good rating is wild. They are scammers. Don’t stay here

The problem was the woman at the front desk.
Since the room was locked with a key card, I assumed it was safe, so I left my phone's charger plugged in when I left the room in the morning. When I returned that night, the charger was gone.
When I reported this to the front desk, they told me I could either charge it there or buy a new charger for $10. The front desk is unstaffed at various times throughout the day, and there’s no way I could stay there for hours just to charge it. Also, they said they only accept cash for the $10.
I spoke in a polite tone throughout, and since it seemed like it would take a while to resolve the issue, I even let the other guests waiting in line behind me go ahead of me. Despite that, the woman kept interrupting me. It was annoied charge.
When I said I wanted to go back to my room, she suddenly asked, “Have you been drinking?” There had been a party that day, so I had been drinking at the restaurant, but I wondered if there was any connection between my drinking and this issue.
With that in mind, I asked, “Does this have anything to do with the matter at hand?” but she simply replied, “I just asked because I smelled alcohol.”
After I returned to my room, I received an email from Bphoshtel. I thought it might be a message regarding a solution to the problem, but it turned out that the woman at the front desk had filed a complaint against me with Bphoshtel. Moreover, the contents of the complaint were totally false.
I was told that I had caus

This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. I arrived to check-in exhausted, hoping for a pleasant 1-night stay at a relatively new spot. I pre-payed. I was met by a sour young woman who proclaimed I could NOT stay there because I was a "local" - I shouldn't even have had to explain. She refused to check me in, made me sit in the lobby 20 min, called a manager to get permission. I was made to feel like a criminal, told I would never be allowed to stay there after this ONE NIGHT. Then I got to the room: tiny, cramped, airless! Sealed windows, no view, dark. Overly designed to seem luxe, yet totally uncomfortable. Bunk so low I couldn't sit upright. No room for my suitcase, had to go back to desk to ask to store it. "It costs" she says, rudely - as if I couldn't afford it. How much? $4! No problem on my part. She acted like it was an outrageous request - rolled eyes, sighed. There are no perks of a regular hostel, but all the hassle. At least it was clean. Bad management is to blame when accomms are overrun by long stay undesirables. I was a Travel & Event Manager for 20yrs, qualified to judge on this matter. I like to check out new spots to recommend. If you can't offer polite, hospitable service, don't work in Hospitality! Go into Corrections or Collections. I will not be staying at any bPoshtels, or this Found ever again.
La chambre est impeccable. Changement de serviettes à tout les jours. Service au Lobi H24. Le personnel est courtois et fantastique. Nous avons toujours un belle accueille en sortant et en revenant. Les lits sont confortables! Je recommande énormément.
