Stayed for one night between transport to Argentina. Staff were great, room was big, bed was comfy. Bathroom a little cozy, but fine. Great location for getting around Providencia.

Zero upgrades offered. I asked hotel check in occupancy and was told “less than half”. I asked for a high floor; I was told any and all upgrades are saved for guests that book directly with the hotel. Sad, as I lived the brand. But felt like I was told “I am not good enough for them”. But hotel was well maintained. Food options were above average. The best part of the hotel was the bell staff, as they made an amazing first impression.

Could stand an update. Carpeting dirty. Bedroom could been cleaned better. Not all outlets in the bedroom work. The bedding was cheap. No comforter included.
