The first bedroom has a queen bed, authentic Mexican design finishes, large windows allowing for plenty of natural light, and high-end linens. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. This is a great setup for families with kids that want to sleep close together. In between both of the bedrooms is a full bathroom, complete with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower with rain shower features. Take the stairs from the front foyer up to the main living areas. This open-concept space is designed for entertaining, and allows guests to move freely from the living room into the kitchen and the outdoor terrace. The modern living room features a comfortable couch and recliners, cozy blankets and accent pillows, a classic coffee table, and a sleek wall-mounted TV. After a long day at the beach, everyone can find their favorite spot on the comfortable couches and enjoy a laid-back movie night. The living room flows into the main dining area and gourmet kitchen. The traditional Mexican kitchen features authentic tile work, wooden cabinets, name-brand appliances, and sleek countertops. The drawers and cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and other kitchen gadgets.
