Spectacular 3BR 3BA San Felipe Villa with WiFi FREE GOLF

This elegantly furnished San Felipe vacation rental condo has two floors with wonderful views of the Las Caras de Mexico golf course. The decor of the San Felipe vacation rental can be described as modern-contemporary fusion, with beautiful furnishings, faux treated walls and modern artwork. After a day out in San Felipe town during your vacation, you will love coming home to your vacation home with a great room that boasts impressive Cathedral ceilings. The bedroom doors opens out to a patio with golf course views. A large kitchen with island and stools pulled up to its surrounding counters, makes this a great area for entertaining.

An open staircase from the great room takes you to the master suite....200 square feet of privacy. Look out from the patio of this San Felipe vacation rental condo and enjoy the stunning views of the golf course and if you feel like playing go ahead, residents get discounts. This San Felipe rental has plenty of room to relax. There is a big walk-in-closet. The other two bedrooms on the first level both share a covered patio. One bedroom has a set of twin beds that can be bridged to make a king, and a private full bath. The other bedroom has a queen bed.

Our rental rates vary according to the day of the week, and some properties have discounts on 7 night rentals and 30 night rentals. The cleaning fee is used to clean the property on your departure. Should you require cleaning of your San Felipe vacation rental condo during your stay, please add the mid-stay cleaning option while making your reservations.

If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:00PM.  If you arrive after 4:00PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.  

This resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Unfortunately, due to repeated violations of off road vehicle rules in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  Exception to this rule made for race teams.

NICE BUT

Our condo and location was wonderful. However, There were several things wrong with the condo. Broken blinds, broken chandelere, could not find a coffee pot, had to get one from maintenance, could not work the TV, and Having a condo without kitchen towels and other towles necessary for condo was unexpected. For the amount of money paid for that condo, it was disappointed.
