  • Las Palmas Luis Condo #3 is an incredible ground floor beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental in Villas de Las Palmas, just steps from the beach. The spacious living room features three oversized sofas, a breakfast nook with incredible Sea of Cortez views, and a TV. The "U-shaped" kitchen has a modern refrigerator, two sinks, ample cabinet space, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an elevated dining counter with seating for eight.

    Two bedrooms each have one queen bed and one twin bed, with dressers and closet space. The home has one full bathroom with gorgeous Spanish tile throughout. Wi-Fi is available at a local cyber cafe in town. One shared parking spot is available, plus street parking.

    This San Felipe Vacation Rental is close to countless restaurants, bars, and local attractions, with an outdoor rinse-off area for sand and salt water. Cash rental only. Street parking only. Guests provide all towels.

    Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

Great condo with a perfect view. Walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Parking was a little tight because it was a race weekend.

very clean and friendly staff

very nice and clean. beds were old and the sheets did not fit the beds. but everything else was very nice. check was good, they were all friendly. i loved that they drove us to the house. always seem to get lost trying to find our rentals in mexico.

Nice location right off the beach. Very small tv with Roku but could never get it to log into the wifi. Had a problem with the plumbing but they were quick to relocate us next door . Customer service was great and will consider staying here again
