La Hacienda Condo 13

  • La Hacienda Condo 13 is a charming San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the luxury La Hacienda condominium community, just a few miles south of San Felipe.

    This second-floor condo features one romantic bedroom with a queen bed and French doors to a private balcony overlooking the resort, one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, a dining table seating four, and a spacious living area with leather furniture, locally inspired artwork, and a flat-screen TV.

    The community pool is open April through October (extensions possible — inquire). This rental has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests (airbed welcome for 2 additional guests in the living room).

    The building has 20 condos, making it a great option for larger groups wanting separate but nearby accommodations. Towels are not included — guests provide all needed towels. Linens are provided. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
