    Searching for an incredible San Felipe Vacation Rental that offers traditional hacienda charm with modern upgrades? If you've ever seen the movie Inferno, you may recognize this stunning estate located in the Playa de San Felipe section of the city. From the outside, this beautiful home looks like your traditional Mexican hacienda, but on the inside, each room has been recently upgraded with modern fixtures and finishes. The large yard makes this a perfect option for family gatherings, dinners under the stars, or just a place for kids to play. A private swimming pool is available for guest use from April through October.

    One thing guests love about this spacious San Felipe Vacation Rental is the smooth transitions from indoor living to outdoor living. Directly outside is a sprawling courtyard area complete with shaded barbecue areas, tranquil water fountains, and lush native trees and bushes. This multi-level home features multiple living areas, plenty of comfortable seating, and private nooks for quiet conversations. The six bedrooms include a queen four-poster master upstairs, a full bedroom with private bath and balcony, a third bedroom with 2 full beds, a fourth with a king and red accents, a fifth with a four-poster bed, orange walls, musical themes, and a private tiled shower bathroom, and a sixth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a private patio entrance. A unique blue staircase leads to an upstairs dining room with seating for six and a private second-floor balcony overlooking the water. El Malecon is only 5 minutes away, close to local restaurants like Chuy's Place and the Taco Factory. PLEASE NOTE: This rental does NOT come with towels — guests must provide all needed towels. When this venue hosts an event with more than 25 guests, extra cleaning and security fees apply. Please inquire before booking if you plan to host an event. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM.

Large property with direct beach access

The property is big and has new stairs direct to the beach. This place has a lot of potential but very beat up and the beds need upgrading. AC worked well and the showers were decent granted the upkeep was not good. The sliding doors would not open so the only way in and out was the front door. Kind of a Saftey concern. This place could be great with some upgrades. The refrigerator also did not work well. Management was very quick to respond with a hot water issue and AC issue in one of the bedrooms. If upgrades are made I would strongly consider staying here again. Location is ideal.

Great location but needs updates

Place has a lot going for it but is a little ran down even for a house in Mexico. Some electrical safety hazards but nothing serious. Was great with a large gated courtyard to keep kids and dogs safe. Would probably look elsewhere unless it was updated with some safety issues addressed (exposed wiring and beach access walkway at the top of the list)
