Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families. The house is on the harbor side with a beautiful view of the harbor but only about a 2 block walk to Mission Beach on the Pacific Ocean. That location made it quieter and more relaxing for us but was still close enough to all of the main attractions on the Mission/Pacific Beach area when we wanted more to do. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and the check-in/checkout processes were easy with the management company Drift Vacation Homes. The views of Mission Bay and beach were spectacular. The place was beautifully furnished and had 2 luxurious bathrooms. We walked down the steps and through the gate directly to the beach. Some days we strolled on Mission Bay, others we walked the short stretch to the ocean and walked along the surf. We loved our stay. ##### Barbara M. The property was as advertised, clean and well furnished . We enjoyed the view of Mission Bay from the 2nd floor. Good trails for walking, running, or biking right outside our door. A short walk to the board walk on the Pacific, the sunsets were spectacular! Shops , bars and restaurants were fairly close but did not interfere with a good nights rest. The property is situated in a quiet place, away from the bar scene a mile away. The town is a typical Californian Beach Town, which we prefer over staying in San Diego city itself. It is on the second floor, but we did not have any issue with that. Being on the second floor allowed us to enjoy a charming panoramic view. There are 2 parking places allocated for a medium size cars. We enjoyed staying in the place. ##### ERAN Z. The inside was very user friendly for our family of 4 and the area is walkable. Clean and convenient. Spacious. We’d definitely rent from here again.Note: there are a few surprise steps in this one level home. If you’re old and blind you’ll want to make sure you know where they are.We’d recommend a smaller vehicle than the giant SUV we rented. Space is at a premium and parking is tight! ##### G K. This location is in a perfect spot, looks over the bay and less than 5 minute walk to the beach on the other side. Loved the decor and all of the cooking utensils. The beds were very comfortable and loved the bedding as well (we all were looking for tags to order it ourselves). Appreciated the shower essentials and extra blankets as well. 2 Parking spots was also great. Washer dryer came in great as well. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager from start of reservation process until check out. I have sent this listing to several friends for future renting. This was our fourth holiday together and all of our favorite property! The view is the absolute best with the boardwalk right in front of the place for easy access. We easily walked to the Catamaran Spa for a massage and beach cruiser rental at Belmont Park. Super clean and comfortable! Any issues were immediately resolved by the property management. The bedrooms are very private and in the back of the property so if you like to sleep in and others are up making breakfast, it's hard to hear anything. Bathrooms and showers were great!
