First we had little issue with the room assigned with fleas or bugs of some kind . Ana the supervisor was kind and nice to transfer us to a better room . She is really a good employee/ supervisor of the hotel because she really cares about keeping guests happy and satisfied . She should be recognized and that’s why I gave it 3 stars and not 2 .

Loved the location close to the Fashion Valley Mall and Snapdragon Stadium. There for a concert with family and it was a short hop to the Metro parking at the Fashion Valley Mall and ride on the Metro to Snapdragon Stadium. Free breakfast was offered, the rooms were spacious and clean with bathroom amenities, a refrigerator and microwave. Check-in took all of three minutes and the front desk staff were great. Parking onsite was available for a small fee.

Being Labor Day weekend it was the cheapest I found I should’ve spent the extra couple bucks and stayed elsewhere, regardless of the complementary breakfast, parking is $10 per day, room is decent but there’s to many homeless around during my stay yesterday at around 1 am there was banging on my door which scared us all called the front desk to see what was going on they hand no clue of what was going on which is insane !! Didn’t feel safe after that stood up until it was time to check out I think this motel works with providing cheap rates for homeless or some type of program because there where to many around.. other than that rate it 3/5 cause the cleaning ladies were very helpful and super kind other than that place is a solid 2

Great location! Access to main roads to La Jolla, Coronado, and Balboa Park. Breakfast was sufficient for a grab-and-go. The room was clean. You need to request housekeeping and extra towels (the towels are small) but overall it is better than it may appear on the outside. Covered parking was nice.
