NO matter the season, we have the weather for you. Enjoy sun splashed days in near perfect weather on our wrap around deck, or the poolside patio. We are near the beach, and near the San Diego bay, Sea World and The Zoo. The pool house environment welcomes outdoor style living inside a cool pool house. The rental is private and located on the first floor of a home occupied by the owner who lives on the second floor and is on site to help with anything. But be assured you have all the privacy you want and need. I can't help but remember a comment from one of our guests who felt right at home in our pool house, He loved the easy California lifestyle that this rental affords whether lounging by the pool or enjoying our calming garden. The Poolside guest house features a New A/C /Heater unit installed June 2024\. Accommodations include 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 full bathroom. There is also a comfortable pull down Full Murphy Bed in the living room to accommodate up to four guests. The pool is heated with a solar blanket that provides heating when the sun is out especially from April-October. Enjoy your stay in this Classic California home with up to 700 square feet of space. The large living room/kitchen features an efficiency kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy the outdoor patio year round with a meal prepared on our bbq grille. And... when you're out and about you will see that we are centrally located to most San Diego attractions like Downtown San Diego, Sea World, the Zoo, or fishing on the Bay, and tanning on our nearby beaches. We are ideal for small families of 4 or 3 or 2 people or a single person who's looking for a cool getaway. For longer stays you can also rely on a washer and dryer that comes with the rental. Our newly renovated high fence offers great privacy around the entire property.
