This beautiful 2-story 2 bedroom + 1.5 bathroom vacation home is located on the second & third floors (with its own exterior main entry off the ground level) offering a fresh remodel with stunning and relaxing beach décor. Sleeps 6 (4 adults max). \*Note- BBQ and patio is shared with the building. \*Note - No A/C. INTERIOR LAYOUT Step into this wonderful beach retreat & you will be amazed by details & designer upgrades. As you walk in, you will find a dedicated work space. Take the few stairs up to the second floor which is home to the main living area including the gourmet kitchen that features high-end cabinetry, quartz countertops & breakfast bar. Fantastic open floorplan with 6 person dining area & as well as the spacious living room with large Smart TV. There is also half bathroom on this level. On the third floor you will find a luxurious primary bedroom with a brand new Queen size bed, Smart TV and a large closet. The ensuite bathroom can also be accessed in the hallway, and features both a walk-in shower and a tub/shower combo, perfect for the kiddos. We love coming back with our family. This spot was perfect for our family. Very roomy. They had everything we could have needed. Very clean, felt like home away from home. We loved this location, we did come during our spring break, in April, which isnt prime season in Mission Beach, so summer might be different, but we were impressed with how quiet the area was. We always have the best time in Mission Beach. We will be back here for sure ##### Monique S. The house was everything we needed to be comfortable. The alley it is next to is very loud and windows need to be open to keep it cool at night (there is no A/C in a lot of San Diego properties) but if you had littles who were sensitive to light or sound, this isn’t a good option. We didn’t use the outdoor space that is shared, but it was cute. Everything is nice and clean. The garage is a total luxury to come and go as you please and not stress about finding a parking space or squeezing into a tight stall! I would recommend this space. ##### Jessica R. Definitely a vacation spot. Kitchen looked as if one could easily cook all kinds of dishes there. I never cooked during my stay, too many fun restaurants to explore in SD!!! Awesome to have a garage in that area. The reason I gave it only a 4 overall was because of its lighting. For privacy you need to pretty much have all blinds down, which makes the place rather dark. None of their lights were on dimmer, resulting in an atmosphere that is close to an office vibe. ##### helene r. Walking distance to the beach. If someone looking for 100% quiet place it’s not this type of neighborhood. All houses very close, no AC and you have to open windows.
