Walk to the beach from this newly remodeled luxury 3-bedroom 2.5-bath townhome! We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols. Just two blocks from the beach and bay, a short walk to Garnet Street (the heart of Pacific Beach) with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore, and a short stroll to Mission Bay to watch the Seaworld fireworks. Primary guest must be 25\. Internet speed is 500 Mbps. Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has it all for your next family beach vacation! The Space: Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, ricecooker, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full size crib. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably! We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with (all brand new) full size crib for the little ones to sleep in comfort, pack 'n play, high-chair, stroller, and a variety of seal-able containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway! Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan or two small sedans. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent. Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun! We are experienced owners/property managers who take great pride in managing our vacation rentals in Pacific Beach. The Neighborhood: Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. We could walk to the beach in about 10 minutes and along the way there was a Ralph's, a coffee place and any number of restaurants right on the Beachwalk. The house was very nice. It had everything we needed. including a wagon to carry out tired five year-old granddaughter from the beach. The VRBO was perfect also. We were a party of 6\. 4 adults and 2 children. All family members. The place was very clean which was my top priority. It had many amenities like beach , toys, boogie boards, kid life jacket, beach wagon, umbrella and stroller. The kitchen had decent pans, knives, dishes, coffee makers, blender and much more. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. I have stayed in several vacation rentals and this was by far the best. Stayed here for a family summer vaca with our 12 & 15 year old kids. House was very clean, nice furnishings and has all the extras-appliances, paper products, shampoo, and beach gear. They have a nice selection of toys/beach stuff, as well as books, baby gear, etc that we would have been so thankful for when our kids were younger. It’s all here-just come and relax! The bedrooms were nice sized, and we loved having 2.5 bathrooms. Location is perfect-super close to the beach & tons of shops, restaurants, and a huge grocery store just blocks away for anything you might want. However, it’s far enough off the main beach party area in a neighborhood so nice and quiet, with beautiful landscaping and a convenient garage. We always felt safe walking around here, and home/garage seem secure. Hosts were AMAZING - communication was always prompt and thorough, they really made us feel welcome in this home and cared for with any questions we had. The location is on a very quiet street and only 2 short bliocks to the beach. For those traveling with small children, the front yard is fenced which allowed the kids some crawling around space. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a large table for having family meals. The family room was very spacious, and we appreciated the legos and toys that were available for the kids. We had an amazing time staying here. Our kids and us were able to walk to the beach, which was phenomenal. They have a wagon with sand toys which was phenomenal! It saved us time and money for not having to purchase more that we inevitably try to cram into a suitcase. The house itself was also phenomenal, well kept, beds super comfortable and couches great. The kitchen was well stocked (if you can't find the silverware do look in the cabinet, or in the rack that is tiny but pulls out at the top of the dishwasher). My in-laws were able to chill and relax while we took our kids to SeaWorld and LegoLand. We were also able to walk to some restaurants and bars in the evening, while my inlaws stayed with our kids, which would have been much harder if we weren't so perfectly located.
