This spacious remodeled 2 bed 2 bath apartment has a private entrance and two full baths. We're located in a small multi-unit property with 4 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the top floor with only 1 small shared wall. We are located off Shasta St in Crown Point / Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA. Please note that it is street parking only. You will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If you need anything before, after, or during your stay, please feel free to call or text me. Couple reminders: \*\* This isn't a party house. \*\* No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present. \*\*Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome — no outside guests are allowed at anytime. \- Check out is 11AM \- Check in is after 3PM \-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made. \- This apartment has an in-house washer and dryer. Hosts are able to change the listing to remove the photo of the parking and change it to no onsite parking after I paid.
