The property is highly upgradeded and modern, in a perfect walkable location on Park boulevard within a couple of blocks of several excellent restaurants coffee shops clubs and bars. There's also a CVS one block away. . The property is advertised as ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. It is, kind of, but the master bathroom is not safe for someone confined to a wheelchair. The only handrail at the toilet is not useful as it is behind the toilet and obstructed by a glass shelf. My mother needed to go outside and use the safer restroom in the hallway which does not have a shower.. the home has 4 smart TVs which all worked great. The internet worked great, the kitchen was well equipped and the parking was perfect easy and secured underground. There was an elevator up to the top floor where the apartments are located. It was also very quiet, so overall it was a great stay and I would certainly recommend it to others! ##### Mike A. I had no issues at all here. The only thing to keep in mind when leaving the apartment is that the door does not auto lock so using the keypad to lock the door is a must. The bigger bedroom is on the top floor, so this apartment worked for my needs, I stayed with a co worker and we never needed to see each other because we had our own bedroom and bathroom separated by an entire floor which was even better than expected.
