Family-friendly 3BR townhome just steps from the bay and beach! Perfect for families or groups, this spacious coastal retreat offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of extras. Every bedroom has its own A/C, and the main suite includes a fireplace, spa-style bath, and private patio with fire pit. A queen bedroom with balcony, and another queen bedroom at the same level, plus two sofa beds ensure everyone has space to relax.
You’ll love the fully stocked beach gear—including a paddleboard, kayak, and more—as well as the large carport and community grill right off the kitchen. After a day in the sun, stroll to restaurants, bars, and nightlife, or unwind in the quiet residential setting. All this less than 20 minutes from the airport, and perfectly located between Mission Beach and La Jolla.

The location was perfect and the property was great for a group of 8. Kitchen appliances could have been better (coffee maker, toaster), the second bathroom didn’t have shades on the windows. Parking was good and could fit a big suv

Location, location, location. Just a few blocks from the beach. Many beach items provided. Paddle boards, towels, balls, chairs and a wagon to haul it all to the water. House is well equipped. Be aware that this is a tri-level. That is not in the listing. Not a problem for us but may be for others. Top floor suite is lovely. Little extras were appreciated. Throw blankets, soap in the bathrooms, real wine glasses. Your neighbors can see into the living room/first level but all windows have blinds. Again, not a problem for us but perhaps for some. I don't have little kids anymore but the stairs may be a deterrent for those that do. All in all a lovely stay.
