For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! Home Truths: \- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Please keep in mind that this home is located in a highly sensitive noise ordinance neighborhood. \- You must be at least 30 years or older to book this property. \- We no longer have bikes available at this property. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. \- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. \- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. The "garage" and outdoor space was fun but we were never able to get the sauna working, even after contacting the management. That was something we all were really looking forward to so were disappointed. The first night we got there after traveling we weren't able to take a shower in one of the bathrooms. The first person that showered had to stop because the water was backing up and not draining. We texted and called management and they eventually responded saying they would send a plumber. Plumber came the next day around 11:30 and had to snake it. Overall the management was responsive, but not as immediate as I've experienced in other rentals. Overall a good stay. ##### Amy W. House has everything a family may need for a trip to the beach and the converted garage and backyard is a great hang space for kiddos and adults. House is comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We liked being 4 blocks from the beach. Parking is tricky, if you don't just walk to the beach (it's about a 13 minute walk), since there are no designated parking spaces. The management team responded to our question within minutes. the sauna/converted garage and connected backyard retreat was really nice. We loved the big rooms and upstairs porch. We had our groceries delivered from the nearby grocery store (Ralph's), which made the trip much easier (without having to haul our groceries). The fire-pit was nice, too. We used the beach chairs that were provided. Overall, I would recommend this home to others, and I would stay again. ##### Julie M. Good location with shops, coffee and brunch very close. Easy walk to the Beach. Property managers had clear and prompt communication.
