Property is in a narrow part of the strip so you can see both the ocean and the bay. Being on the bay side you do have to cross the street but the cross walk is 1 street up. House has almost everything we needed. Only kitchen con was no cookie sheets, spices,oils. Luckily Ralphs is a mile away and we were able to get what we needed. Beds/ pilllows were comfortable, there was enough towls and extra blankets. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus. There were beach chairs which was a bonus for us. Outside the shower was perfect and the private balcony with grill was so wonderful. Only things I wish we had was a mop, I think a swifter would be a great addition to this unit. The house was quite hot. The fans were helpful. You might consider air-conditioning if the heat waves keep happening.
