The condo was clean which is one of the most important things to me! Beds were comfortable. The pictures make it look a little more updated and chic than it really is but it is light and bright! You are in a residential neighborhood so walking proximity to coffee shops, restaurants etc. is just that much too far IMO but maybe not during cooler times of the year. Street parking wasn’t bad. We were usually able to easily find a reasonable spot. Kitchen could be a little more stocked if you plan on eating in some. We came in July and it was hot. No AC. We left windows open all day and closed shades and had fans blasting in the bedrooms all day. It was comfortable to sleep by the time we went to bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It is close to the bay, 3 minute walk and it was peaceful to go down there but we drove to the ocean to hang out and swim . I’m just not a huge fan of stagnant water for swimming.
