Crown Point/Mission Bay • Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed. • Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season. Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day) Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day. • Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m. • Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included. • Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details. We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you\`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars!
