Summary:

Modern, luxurious and prime location. All three in one just for you. Open plan, with top of line king size mattress for a great night sleep. Chic Boutique furniture and accessories that have been hand-picked especially for each unit’s needs. Including a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The natural light in the unit is astonishing to say the least. You have the view of downtown San Diego just outside your window. We welcome you to enjoy the scenic night view right from your unit.



The Neighborhood:

We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth Avenue in San Diego. Right across Sixth Avenue is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

San Diego International Airport

Seaport Village,

Little Italy,

Gaslamp Quarter,

and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.

Beyond clean

I've never used Vrbo before, but after staying here, I was blown away at how clean and organized everything was! The rugs looked perfectly vacuumed, and everything from the counters, the bathroom, the bed, and everything else in the rest of the room was pristine. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit San Diego.
