MAIN LEVEL As you step into this modern urban retreat, you'll be greeted by floor to ceiling windows & soaring ceilings. The living room features a plush sleeper sofa & SMART TV. The open floor plan is seamless as you can see the dining area for 4, and the fully stocked kitchen features high end matte black appliances. Just off the kitchen is the back deck. Rounding out this space is a half bath. TOP LEVEL From the main living area, go up the stairs to the primary bedroom area complete with a Queen bed, ensuite full bath (shower), walk in closet with washer/dryer, SMART TV, desk area & Juliet balcony. \*Note this is a loft area without a door and overlooks the living room. BOTTOM LEVEL From the main living area, go down the stairs to the quietest bedroom in the house which features a queen bed, and a small patio area with seating. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. • NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed.
