Excellent location on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We watched surfers and dolphins every day. Condo was well appointed, perfect for our family, 4 adults and 3 children. Appreciated the boogie boards. Kitchen was well stocked and living area comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Paradise on Mission Beach

The property itself is amazing. The house was well stalked with supplies, condiments, beach furniture and dish ware. The only complaint I have was the next door neighbors loud and continuous music. We had to close the windows at times toMute the noise. Despite that, I do plan on using the property again next summer. We love Mission.

Wonderfull place

Amazing place! By far one of the best beach front places in Mission beach to stay at. It is clean, well equipped and has gorgeous views.This place checks all the boxes in our list and we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you!

Best condo in Mission Beach! We loved our stay and are already planning to come back. We have a 1 and 2 year old so we spent a lot of time at the condo with naps and early bedtimes so the views and balcony were fabulous. You can see the dolphins in the mornings too! Place was stocked with everything you'd need (even a steamer!) and they weren't stingy with things like dish soap and laundry detergent. Bedroom fireplace wasn't working but I'm sure they would have come out to fix it if we had called. They were great and very responsive throughout the trip.

Beach Front Luxury

This property is top shelf, 5 star, true luxury. We were extremely pleased with all the accommodations. All of our needs and wants were satisfied and then some. The location on mission beach is perfect and the view is outstanding. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury ocean getaway.

Wow! Amazing!!

Listing was as accurate as it gets. The property is spotless and has everything you will need (plus more) on your vacation. The view of the beach is amazing and amenities near by made for an easy and accessible vacation. Easy check in and check out process. Worth every penny and plan on staying here again!

The PERFECT getaway

This place was absolutely beautiful and all the amenities really blessed my family, especially with the floor to ceiling front windows and the beachfront access. My kids loved sitting in the living room and looking out the windows to find dolphins that were swimming in pods! It was a perfect getaway for me and my family! We look forward to coming back and would absolutely rebook this place.

The house provided “wow” factor and had all the bells and whistles. Fully stocked kitchen supplies so it was easy to cook for our family. The house had boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys that all came in handy. The layout of the house provided privacy for the master bedroom.

Had a great time at this property. Stayed almost a week. Breathtaking views, the pictures don't do it justice. Great location for beach goers and to explore city. Extremely well stocked rental. Beautifully furnished and spacious. Expensive if you are staying for a while but worth it. Would highly recommend

Terrific property. As advertised and better. Right on the beach but close to Zoo, Balboa Park, Coronado, the airport, La Jolla, fabulous restaurants. Property itself was immaculate. Could not ask for more.

Beach'ing at it Best

Location isn't everything. Even tho this location is One of the Best, this condo is a dream spot. Chef's kitchen. Luxury Baths (bidet x2) Beds like home or better. Outdoor patios for all and with living room Ocean views from floor to ceiling. Watch dolphins play from a comfy chair holding your coffee or cocktails for the sunsets. Beach access at bottom of the stairs. Walk to boardwalk shops and fun. Park your car and forget about it. ALSO management co is Top Notch. Everything pristine, so it's easy to KEEP IT THAT WAY, Because the owners clearly take care of this great place. It is worth every penny. We will be back!

A gem in the middle of Mission Beach

This property is incredible! You can read the rest of the review, but I would recommend just booking it now.It is tucked right in the middle (and on) Mission Beach, which means you can walk to all kinds of good restaurants, Belmont Park, and of course the beach is right at your fingertips.The views of the beach and ocean from the panoramic windows are incredible. It’s an amazing way to wake up and you could honestly spend hours just relaxing with the view. If you want some extra sun, then you can relax on the private balcony and enjoy the sea breeze and the incredible views.The property is appointed with very high end finishes and appliances that met all of our needs.We were also very happy with how responsive the property manager was with the few questions we had during our stay.We will absolutely be staying here the next time we visit wonderful San Diego!

Best Rental in Mission Beach

Upon entry of this beautiful condo I was stunned by the spectacular ocean front views, and impeccable and tasteful decor of this well-stocked, comfortable and highly updated home. It has everything you will ever need during your stay with high-end dishware, linens and bedding. The secure building and excellent location makes this the perfect location for your beach vacation. The internet worked really well, the check-in was super easy and efficient, the communication with Drift Vacation Rental was also great. I love this condo and hope I can come back to stay again soon. I give it 10 stars!!!!

Amazing view

We really enjoyed the view - watching dolphins and sunsets from the family room was amazing. The pictures were very accurate. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, the full size washer and dryer were a big bonus, and location was great. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, mats, and umbrellas. We loved the paved path along the beach in both directions, many good restaurants in easy walking distance, and it was easy to walk over to the bay side and walk along the bay if you were looking for a quieter walk. The property management was very responsive and easy to communicate with through text. We all loved it and want to return.

Wonderful 9 days

The condo was exactly as described. It was wonderful! The views of the water are amazing and the location is perfect. The condo is located right between the pacific and mission beach busy areas right on the beach boardwalk. So you can walk to either easily, but it is much less busy in front of the condo both on the boardwalk and on the beach. There was anything you could possibly need inside and out. We were two adult couples and it was a great amount of space for us all. The condo is stocked with everything and has lots of toys to use on the beach. The management's communication and flexibility are extremely responsive. We wanted to check in early and add an extra day and they were very accommodating with reasonable rates. Christy was fantastic for anything we needed. We had an amazing vacation and we'd love to come back again!

Fabulous location and property management, but in need of repair.

The unit location is wonderful- so convenient, right in the center of it all but not overly populated. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views, and many amenities are offered (boogie boards, chairs, tent, grill, etc. the kitchen is well equipped. The property manager was courteous, understanding and responsive. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work during the entire visit, flooded the area underneath it in the living room and made our stay uncomfortable (we stayed in July). Additionally, the lights throughout the unit flickered regularly so we had to turn them off. The refrigerator randomly shut off and as a result the items placed in our freezer melted. One other minor item - the short supply of towels in all rooms. Overall, the property is ideally located but in serious need of repair. Sadly, would not stay here again.

Problems... False Advertising.. No Air Conditioning

We checked into the house. The location is great. But everything in the description is incorrect. The Air conditioning is suppose to be a main highlight of this place. The main AC was out in the living room/main house. The mini split in the master bedroom was completely out of order. The mini split in the back kids room has a blocked condensation line, and flooded the back room that we had to mop up. We communicated this with the property manager; they said the owner was just there.. and knew that all of the issues were present; but they did not jump on anything to sort out the issues before their guest checked in. Its not like we were not paying a hefty amount to stay at the house. Of all the HVAC units, 1 out 4 worked. The house has a heating unit, and it had a warning message on the screen that there was a humidity alert in the house; 86% humidity. The reviews of people saying the house has limited linens stock are accurate. There is very limited towels for a stay over a day or two. We stayed for a longer time; and we checked out early..... Also there is a resident on the third floor, and you can hear every footstep of the older gentlemen. He is up until 2am at night, and he wakes up super early. Its almost like he is doing some kind of workout; you can hear every step.

Great view with a prime location

Great view right on the boardwalk close to Belmont park. Clean with much newer higher quality furnishings than what you will find in most rentals at Mission Beach. Property management company was easy to work with and condo was well stocked with all the basics. We have come to mission beach for many years. What we loved most about this condo- Beds, showers, level of amenities' and how updated it was. Our only drawback was wishing we could have gotten more sun from our deck.
