Lost at Sea is the upstairs of a back house with its own separate entrance up a flight of stairs. We loved the decor, the proximity to Crown Pointe and the walking path by the Bay. The people in the other units were friendly and quiet. The neighborhood is safe. Finding street parking was tricky over the weekend but fine during the week. It’s a multi unit private property in a residential area within 3 blocks of Crown Pointe Bay One needs to walk down the driveway shared by other tenants into the courtyard where several other rentals are occupied. There are approx 6 rentals and the numbering is bizarre including 1/2 addresses thus directions to your specific unit are not fully clear. This was thus 4 stars The courtyard services all tenants which includes a grill and table The home was very clean. Large frig. Gas oven and microwave. Bathroom spacious and remodeled. Kitchen was newer but cabinets were not Keurig coffee maker and limited cooking utensils (no blender) no rubber scrapers no pot holders The common spaces needed some TLC ##### Lisa C.
