We really enjoyed our room, it was great, just perfect. But we had multiple communication problems with the staff. When we arrived, the concierge told us we could get free zoo tickets if we watched a presentation at a given time, and we gave a deposit. When we arrived at the time they had no record of us and said they hadn't taken the deposit - but I later found they had, and I had to call them to get it back. Also, we were told if we wanted late checkout we had to request it specially, so I did, and the front desk just waved me off with "no problem" - but I think she wasn't paying attention because she later said she had no memory of our request, and we had to scramble to leave our room unexpectedly early on the final day.
