Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Place all used towels in a neat pile inside the shower. -Place all trash in trash bags located underneath kitchen sink. Leave trash bags inside next to entry door of room.
-Make sure all lights, plumbing fixtures and air conditioning/heater are off and all windows are closed prior to checkout. -Make sure the entry door of the room is closed and locked upon your exit.
-Wash all dishes and leave on drying rack on top of the small black side cart next to kitchen sink. -Press the doorbell on the ring camera upon your exit to inform us that you are checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
