I didn’t want to stay in downtown for my conference. This home was small but spacious enough for 4 people. Quick 10 minute drive to the convention center and walkable to many food/coffee spots. Property seemed clean, AC worked ok, and home looked just like the pictures. Airplanes flew over the area but goes quickly and is not obnoxiously loud. The property butts up to a dog friendly park so there were people and cars around constantly; but having 1 dedicated parking spot was a lifesaver!!! You’d rarely see parking, let alone free parking, in downtown. EV charging was also included so it made our stay so much more convenient.
