We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our trip. The host was very nice. The place was as discribed. The only complaint was the dishes and floor were not very clean but everything else was very clean.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed how close it was to the wedding venue on Shelter Island. Tracy was great in communicating check in details and any questions we had. There is some airplane noise in the morning which if your an early riser it’s ok. Would recommend!

Perfect San Diego Stay

I really enjoyed staying at this rental. Highly recommend if you are coming into town and have events in the Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Liberty Station, and San Diego Harbor area. Was also very easy to get to and from the airport and downtown. The hosts made me feel very welcome and were great with the communication which I really appreciated. As a single lady traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe at this rental. Lots of friendly people in the neighborhood walking dogs and saying hello too!

Fantastic location

The apartment was easy to get to, and a terrific location from which to explore San Diego during our 4-day stay. Other reviews mention dogs barking and airplane noise, but neither were as bad as some reviewers assert. Tracy was a very responsive host. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a party of Two

We were coming in to visit our young adult son that had recently moved into the area. We love the homey feel of a VRBO vs. hotel room and this was perfect. We weren’t there much except to sleep and shower, but we would gladly choose to stay again. The owners had lots of thoughtful touches and were excellent communicators.

Great Location

The studio is very comfortable and located in an excellent location in Point Loma. It was about a 20 minute walk through a quiet neighborhood to the main area in Ocean Beach. I didn’t rent a car and had no issues getting around. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

Cute and quiet!

The neighborhood is lovely. Nice and quiet and safe. Easy street parking. Stayed here three nights and had no issues. Perfect for a couple. Super close to restaurants and the beach. The bed was a little stiff but all in all it was 10/10 would 100% book here again. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with.

Cozy Property in Good Neighborhood

Clean and cozy property perfect for a single or couple. Bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled fantastic! Nicely stocked with cooking and bathroom supplies. The only slight drawback is that because the studio is on the ground floor of a two story house, there was a lot of noise with people and pets walking around upstairs.

Just the right size

It is a quaint snug hideaway that worked out perfect for my stay in San Diego. It was homier than a hotel room. It was located in a wonderful neighborhood and conveniently located for my friend's daughter to come and go from her location to pick me up. I loved the furniture, especially the coffee table by the couch! The place was full of any dishes you may need and a keurig coffee maker and games! The only drawback is it is in line with the airport and the planes that fly directly over starting early in the mornings.

Point Loma stay

The studio has a private entrance behind a gate at the street side of the home. It was very nice and comfortable, it included a small refridgerator, keurig, counter top oven. The bathroom has plenty of accessories provided and a corner shower. The room sleeps 3 comfortably (1 queen bed and a fold down couch). It is nicely located to many beaches with a few restaurants and shops nearby. The property manager gave us all needed instructions by text and were fairly prompt in responding to any questions that we had. Overall all a very pleasant stay, one thing to note - Point Loma is on the seaward side of the Naval Air station and San Diego international airport, so you will hear planes, we did not find it a problem. Thank you

Beautiful neighborhood

I loved the neighborhood. Close to Ocean Beach, few minutes by car, 10 minutes from the airport, which is convenient, however that means lot of airplanes and the noise it comes with. I don't understand the reviews on here complaining about the dogs, you couldn't hear the dogs from the airplanes. So if you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs, maybe even download a white noise app on your phone or tablet. As for the room, it's exactly what I expected by looking at the pictures. It is about as clean as a 3 star hotel, but you get free parking. The sheets were clean, which is the most important thing for me when I sleep in a hotel. I'm really glad I stayed here instead of a hotel.

Location! Parking! Comfort!

I was visiting San Diego to spend the weekend with my son before his Marine Corp deployment. This was my first time in California and I wanted to see as much of San Diego as possible. This studio made that SO easy. Parking is a nightmare in SD, but Tracy's place had free street parking with NO hassle no matter what time we left or arrived at her place. The check-in and check-out process (and times) were simple and convenient. The studio has exactly what two people need for a short stay, the coffee maker and provided pods were a delightful surprise, the towels were plush and the bed and linens were WONDERFUL and cozy. Yes, the location is close to the airport and yes, there are some dogs somewhere near by who are festive barkers but neither of those things dampened our trip. I brought earplugs based on other reviews, but found them to be unnecessary. The shining star of this studio is LOCATION! The neighborhood is nestled in the hills of Point Loma which offers some gorgeous views both night and day and the sidewalks are begging for you to take a nice morning stroll. We did a great deal of sightseeing in our 4 days and getting to the various locations was so easy: Pacific Beach
