The general location of the house put us within easy distance of North Park and area businesses. The property itself was ok. While it suited our needs, it wasn’t anything special. The description did not say it was actually located behind another home. You need to enter through a back gate blocked by cars from the front house. After going through the gate, you need to walk down a path that allows you to see directly into the front house which was awkward. The property needs some TLC for sure as the couch and area rugs are looking worn and dingy.
