The Space**  
This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is perfect for couples, families, or friends.  
  
The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom can be set up with **either two twin beds or a king** - just let us know your preference *before* arrival.  
  
The bright, remodeled living spaces flow to a large backyard with alley access, on-site parking, and a refreshing outdoor shower.  
  
We’ve stocked the home with beach chairs and towels so you’re ready for a day in the sand.

**Guests have full access to the main house and laundry facilities during their stay.  
  
Entry is simple with our smart lock system - you’ll receive a unique PIN code prior to arrival for easy, contactless check-in and checkout.  
  
The property is fully private to you, with the exception of a detached ADU on-site that has its own separate entrance from the alley and does not share any outdoor spaces.**
